ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF POLICIES
Before being able to book any service with me, you are required to acknowledge my salon policies. I want to make sure that we are all on the same page and that we are respectful of each other’s time. By booking you acknowledge and understand my salon policies, you are holding yourself accountable to the policies on this page and affirming that you know you will be held responsible for Late Cancellations, Late Reschedulings, and No-Show charges as per the information below. You are required to leave a card on file that will be charged in the event of the aforementioned Cancellations and Reschedulings.
Your credit card will be kept on file (your information will be concealed in an encrypted format which means that your information is confidential and safe).
BOOKING INFORMATION
New Client
New clients must schedule a consultation prior to receiving any hair extensions services. Consultations and installations cannot be scheduled on the same day. First-time clients must fill out the online consultation form prior booking the face to face consultation.
Based on your photos and preferences, I’ll provide you with possible hair extension solutions along with approximate pricing. In most cases (95%), this estimate will be your final price, ensuring transparency from the start.
If you’re ready to proceed and want to meet for a color match and to address any questions you may have, we can schedule an in-person consultation. Please note, there’s a $50 fee for this appointment, which will be deducted from your total payment if you decide to move forward with the installation.If you cancel/reschedule your consultation without proper 48 hours notice, you will have to pay consultation fee again if you decide to rebook.
All new clients will be subjected to 100% hair extensions price deposit if they will be buying hair from me, which is non refundable in case of cancellation.
Regular Client
If you are my regular client and want to book your installation or maintenance appointment please contact me via email, Instagram or phone number. I will provide you with the booking link and instructions.
SALON ETIQUETTE
Please do not bring extra people to your appointment. The salon studio is a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled clients. No children are permitted in the salon studio unless being serviced. Personal snacks are allowed. However, I ask that you not bring any “smelly food” with you to your appointment.
Appointment Confirmations are sent 48 hours in advance of your reservation. Please reply to all appointment confirmations.
Please arrive on time (preferably not early or more than 10 minutes late). It is important that services begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.
OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE
I make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our studio. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let me know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. I also provide two weeks free of charge maintenance appointment if your hair extensions fall off due to no fault of yours.
LATE APPOINTMENTS
There may be a waiting period of up to 15 minutes before your appointment. Hair extensions appointments can be quite time-consuming to work through, and while I make every effort to be on time for all appointments, there are times when that isn’t possible. I thank you in advance for your patience.
LATE ARRIVAL FEE
Though it’s best to make your appointment on time, I understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I usually will be unable to accommodate you due to time constraints. Your appointment requires rescheduling and 80% late cancellation fee. However, in the event that I am, there is a $25 late fee added to the total amount of the service fee and you may have to accept an abbreviated service to keep our on-time clients on schedule. If you are running late, always call me as soon as possible and depending on the schedule, I will be able to work with you if I know ahead of time.
HOW TO ARRIVE FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS APPOINTMENT
Please arrive with your hair down as you would wear it on a normal day-to-day basis. Wash your hair on the day of appointment with shampoo only, if you need the conditioner, put it on your ends only. DO NOT put your hair up in a ponytail, bun, or any other style that would result in your hair being stretched out or wrinkled. If you come with dirty hair and we need to wash it, you must tell me in advance, because I do need additional time for this service. Hair wash fee is $35.
CANCELLATIONS
In an effort to better serve guests seeking last-minute accommodations, guests are required to cancel or reschedule their appointments 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a 50% fee charged to your card on file.
Same Day Cancellations
Same day cancellations that will be subject to a 80% cancellation fee for the anticipated service amount. Same day is from midnight until scheduled appointment time. Guests who cancel the same day will be required full prepayment on future appointments.
No Show
Missed appointments or “no shows” will be charged 95% of the scheduled service. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS!
Unfortunately, I cannot accept the following as excuses for late arrivals or no shows: traffic, parking, last minute work obligations, childcare issues, etc. Please plan your visit with some extra time to arrive on time.
LATE RESCHEDULING
Similar to the Late Cancellation policy, if you find that you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so no less than 48 hours before your appointment in order to avoid a 50% charge to your card on file.
Same Day Rescheduling
Same day rescheduling fee will be subject to 80% of the service amount. Same day is from midnight until scheduled appointment time. Guests who reschedule the same day will be required full prepayment on future appointments.
REFERRALS
If you refer your friend , you both will receive $25 which can be used as a discount of service of product value. Be sure to tell your friends to mention the referral. $25 credits do not expire and can be accumulated.
PRODUCTS
All retail products are final sale and non-refundable.
HAIR EXTENSIONS POLICY
I require a full payment deposit to purchase the hair needed for your appointment. The extensions are not refundable, so if you change your mind, you have to keep the hair.
I cannot be held responsible in any way for your decision in having hair extension applied to your hair. In the event that you decide that you no longer want to keep the hair extensions, you are fully responsible for the total payment of the hair extensions and services rendered, you will also have to pay for the removal.
You also acknowledge that you understand the entire procedure and the method being used as explained to you. You are aware that you should keep the extensions in your hair for at least 7 days, because you need to get used to it and that you must follow the guidelines for caring for your extensions. You acknowledge that if an allergic reaction occurs, I can not be held responsible.
Due to the personal nature of each order, all hair sales are final.
PICTURES
By reading and agreeing to the policy you give the permission to use before or after photos in an advertisement or web publishing. If you do not agree to this term you must say it before our appointment.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior.
